Episode 01: 5 Crucial Steps to Survive First Week

There are some lucky people out there that seem to adapt and cope in new surroundings with ease, but for the majority of people it takes some time, maybe weeks, months or even years before they get settled and “survive” with the new system around them. Same goes when we become tourists to a foreign land: what we do is purchase a map or find a brochure which includes quick tips, places to go and basically a summary of what to expect during our visit.

With this in mind, I thought of making this podcast for those “newbies” out there, so that they will have a quick overview of what to expect in their first days in med school here in the Caribbean, this also goes to those not-so-new guys and YOU, yes I’m talking to you!

I hope  you’ll find my methods and advice useful and applicable in your everyday routine…
